You have the right to exchange your products for any reason within 15 days from delivery date. Items should be returned unused, and with all original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of us receiving the returned products. We will not refund the initial shipping cost or the return-shipping cost, but we will cover cost of shipping new item to you.

 If your order has been sent to a destination outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Tinotti.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
