Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase, but if you register you will be able to manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

How do I order on-line?

Browse through our collections, and once you have seen an item you like, simply click the “Add to cart” button and the item will be added to your shopping bag. Our shopping bag allows you to add or remove items you have selected. The shopping bag will automatically calculate the price of your order.

What payment methods do you accepted and how can I pay?

We accepted Visa and Mastercard that you can pay through Dotpay, and we can also handle your payment through PayPal where you can choose payment via your credit card or Paypal account.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How much will my shipping charges be?

We offer two methods of shipping

1) Priority Air Mail - shipping costs 3 EUR per parcel. Free shipping for orders over 100 EUR.

2) UPS Courier - shipping costs 15 EUR per parcel. Free shipping for orders over 200 EUR.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange an item. All informations about this, you can find on our site Returns | Exchange.

How often do you add new designs?

We release a new collection every month.
