The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to any body other than the consumer.
Any liability of the seller to the buyer who is not a consumer is excluded.
In the event of a possible dispute with a non-consumer buyer, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the seller is the competent court.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Business Days - Days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. For the smooth functioning of the shop you need:
  - A device with internet access
  - A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
2. In order to place an order in the store, in addition to the requirements in paragraph 1, an active email account is required.

§ 4 SHOPPING IN STORE
1. The prices of the goods visible in the shop are total prices for the goods, including VAT.
2. The seller points out that the total price of the order consists of the price indicated in the store: the price of the goods and, if applicable, the cost of delivery of the goods.
3. The product selected for purchase should be added to the shopping cart in the store.
4. Then the buyer chooses from the available in the shop: the way of delivery of the goods and the method of payment for the order and also provides the data to complete the order.
5. The order is placed when the content is confirmed and the buyer accepts the terms.
6. The order is identical to the conclusion of a purchase contract between the buyer and the seller.
7. The seller must provide the consumer with a confirmation of the conclusion of the purchase contract on a durable medium at the latest on delivery of the goods.

§ 5 PAYMENTS

3. The seller points out that for some payment methods, the payment of the order due to this peculiarity is only possible immediately after placing the order.

4. The buyer has the right to revoke his acceptance.

§ 6 Execution of the order
1. The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.
2. The deadline for completing the order is stated in the shop.
3. In case the buyer has chosen the prepayment for the order, the seller will continue the order after the payment.
4. In a situation where the buyer buys goods with different delivery dates under one order, the order will be processed within the deadline for the goods with the longest delivery time.

6. Goods purchased in the store are delivered depending on which delivery type the buyer has chosen:

§ 7 WITHDRAWAL OF THE AGREEMENT
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller within 14 days without giving any reasons, in compliance with § 8 of the regulations.
2. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract ends after 14 days from:
- in which the consumer has come into possession of the goods or in which a third party who is not the carrier and has been indicated by the consumer has come into possession of the goods.
- In which the consumer has come into possession of the last object or in which a third party, who is not the carrier and specified by the consumer, came into possession of the last of the things in the case of a contract involving the transfer of ownership of many things which are delivered separately requires.
3. In order for the consumer to exercise his right of withdrawal from the contract, he must inform the seller, using the data provided for in § 2 of the Regulations, of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (eg by post or post) information sent by e-mail).
4. Consumers may use the Model Withdrawal Form at the end of the Regulations, but it is not compulsory.
5. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient for the consumer to provide information on the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

6. 9. The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods before the 14-day deadline.
10. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
11. Consumers are only liable for the loss of value of goods resulting from their use in ways other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
If the goods can not be sent by post due to their nature, the consumer must bear the direct costs of the return. The seller is informed of the estimated amount of these costs by the seller in the description of the goods in the store or when ordering.

§ 8 COMPLAINTS
1. In case of defects of the goods buyer, you have the opportunity to advertise on the basis of defective goods regulated by BGB warranty or guarantee, unless the warranty is given.
2. With the guarantee, the buyer can apply to the terms and conditions of the Civil Code:
- Submit a price reduction instruction

- Request removal of the fault
3. The seller asks to make a warranty based complaint to the postal address or electronic address specified in § 2 of the order.

§ 9 PERSONAL DATA

The buyer's personal data will be processed on the basis of a contract and implemented in accordance with the principles of the general Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection. § 10 RESERVATIONS
1. The provision of illegal content by the buyer is prohibited.
2. Any order placed in the store is a separate purchase contract and requires separate acceptance of the terms. The contract is concluded in good time and for the purpose of the contract.
3. Contracts concluded on the basis of these regulations are concluded in Polish and English.
4. None of the provisions of this Regulation excludes or restricts the rights of the consumer.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To work and set up an account properly, you need:

§ 4 ACCOUNT
1. Creating an account is entirely voluntary and depends on the will of the buyer.
2. The account gives the buyer additional options, such as browsing the order history submitted by the buyer in the store, checking the order status, or editing the buyer's details.
3. To create an account, fill in the appropriate form in the store.
4. At the time the account is created, a contract is concluded for an indefinite period between the buyer and the seller in the course of keeping the account under the conditions set out in the regulations.
5. The buyer can cancel the account at any time without cost.
6. In order to cancel your account, you must return your resignation to the e-mail address shop@tinotti.com, which leads to the immediate cancellation of the account and termination of the account agreement.
 
§ 5 COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints regarding the functioning of the account should be sent to the e-mail address shop@tinotti.com.
2. Seller reviews the complaint within 14 days.

§ 6 PERSONAL DATA

§ 7 RESERVATIONS
1. The provision of illegal content by the buyer is prohibited.
2. The account management contract is concluded in Polish or English.
3. In case of important reasons in paragraph 4. The seller has the right to change these account rules.
Important reasons in paragraph 3 are:
- the need to adapt the store to the legal requirements for the store's activities

- Change the functionality of the account, which requires a change of the account rules.
4. The buyer will be informed about the planned change of account management at least 7 days before the change by e-mail to the address assigned to the account.
5. If the buyer does not give consent for the planned changes, the seller should be informed by appropriate notifications to the e-mail dispatch shop@tinotti.com, the termination of the contract for the execution of accounts with the entry into force of the proposed change Or earlier if the buyer makes such a request.
6. If the buyer does not object to the planned change until its entry into force, it is deemed to have accepted it, which in the future will not be an obstacle to the termination of the contract.
7. In the event of a possible dispute with the buyer who is not a consumer, the court having jurisdiction for the location of the 8th seller is the competent court.
9. None of the provisions of this Regulation excludes or restricts the rights of the consumer.
